Social Media and online communities are a critical part of the Sana Health Group opportunity and Health2.0. Back in November of 2007 we identified the health information gap for Hispanics who are  engaged online, and understood we could provide an online and mobile personalized health solution for Hispanics using social and community dynamics. We were able to clearly define  our mission for better healthcare for consumers that would be sustainable economically and close the informational gap that has persisted for Hispanic health consumers.

Today FierceHealthIT highlights this evolution of information sharing on all levels. We are of course focused on consumers and this is where the revolution starts. Transparency and access are the way to reduce costs and achieve better health outcomes.
